All of our items are hand created in my personal shop we do not send anything out elsewhere to be completed. Each part of the process is completed by members of my family. We take great pride in our products and making our customers happy. We try to ship all orders within 2 weeks of the order date.

With all of my items being customize, it is hard to accept returns. But if there is a problem with my craftsmanship, I will go out of my way to make it right. My top priority is your satisfaction and I will ensure your happiness.
